1. About the service
Qr To Print connects customers with participating print shops. Customers can upload documents, choose print settings and select an available payment method. Shops use the Print Agent and Shop Panel to receive and process requests.
2. Customer responsibilities
- Upload only files you own or are authorized to print.
- Check page range, copies, color mode, paper size, layout and price before submitting.
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, infringing or malicious content.
- Collect printed documents promptly and verify the output at the shop counter.
3. Shop owner responsibilities
- Keep shop, printer, pricing and payment information accurate.
- Maintain a working Windows computer, printer and Print Agent connection.
- Handle customer documents confidentially and provide the selected print service.
- Use Razorpay and other payment services according to their applicable rules.
4. Accounts and plans
Shop access may be provided through a demo, wallet billing, monthly package or yearly package. Demo access can end after five days or ten completed print jobs. Paid plans and wallet access are subject to successful payment and the stated validity period.
5. Payments and wallet
Wallet top-ups are credited only after payment verification. Print fees and package purchases may be deducted from the shop wallet. Wallet balances cannot be negative. Payment gateway processing may be subject to Razorpay terms and temporary service delays.
6. Print results and availability
Actual print output depends on the shop printer, ink, paper, Windows configuration and network connection. Qr To Print may display queued, picked, printed, failed or cancelled status based on system and Print Agent reports. Temporary interruptions may occur during maintenance or third-party outages.
7. Suspension and misuse
We may suspend accounts that misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload prohibited material, abuse payment systems or interfere with normal operation. Users remain responsible for activity performed through their accounts.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Qr To Print is not responsible for indirect loss, missed deadlines, printer hardware faults, shop-level service disputes or third-party payment outages. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
